Utah - Nay, Vermont - YEA!!!

According to my Boston boyfriend David at Wicked Gay Blog, the Utah Gay & Lesbian Ski Week was canceled because the gays decided to boycott Utah!  This is in response to the Mormon support of California's Proposition 8 which took away the rights of the gays to get married.  Hey - don't piss us off.  The Utah week is an annual party that would've brought in at least 150 people and all the money they would spend for the occaision.  Sorry, Utes.

BUT, the 25th annual Stowe Winter Rendezvous IS happening and over 300 people are expected to attend the largest ski gay ski event on the east coast.  And the LeMays will be there!!!   The event runs January 28-February 1 where the hills will be alive with all kinds of gays and winter frivolity.  On Wednesday, we'll be hosting a special karaoke party, on Thursday we'll be the greeters and the kick-off party and on Saturday we'll be ushering for the concert by the Boston Gay Mens Chorus.  Lots of other things will be happening, too.  Check out the fun HERE.  Locals are welcome!

Gee, just think how popular this event would be if the skiers could get MARRIED while they were here!!
