Snuggie Pub Crawl!!!!

posted Thursday, 12 March 2009

We've all laughed at the commercial, yet we've also said to ourselves... "Hmmm, I think I'd like one of those."  And now you have a really GOOD reason to buy a Snuggie!!!

We just found out about an upcoming event called the Snuggie Pub Crawl.  And it's just what it sounds.... you wear a Snuggie and you do a tour of several bars.  Cool!!!  The local one will happen in Burlington on Saturday, May 2.  We won't be the first place to have one (nor the last).  You can see pictures of past crawls and dates of future ones if you click HERE. (On this page it lists the Burlington event for April 10.  This date has been moved to May 2 to allow more people to order their Snuggie.)

What makes our crawl a bit different is that you MUST wear a "sage green" version of the blanket with sleeves.  And the reason we're telling you about it now is so you can order yours and get it in time.  It takes 2-6 weeks for delivery... so plan ahead!!!!  And you get that book light, too!!  Click HERE to order online.

This sounds like a great event.  For more information, go to their Facebook page.

And here's something for laughs...

I LOVE the fact that only "Sage Green" is acceptable in your Snuggie Pub Crawl. I expect you to heckle anyone who shows up in "Royal Blue".

XOXOXOXOXOXOXO
