It's a Small World- A Flashback to Santa Con in NYC
Hey Y'all.When we arrived at the birthday party for Chris at Parima on June 27th, this good looking gentleman walked over with a big smile on his face and started talking to us and introduced himself as Dominic.
Well my first thought was maybe this is the stripper. He then introduced us to his wife, Tracy, then I knew he wasn't the stripper. He continued talking and telling us that he remembered running into us at Santa Con in New York City. They were in the city shopping for Christmas and walked out of Macy's and saw thousands of Santas walking by so he stopped this big drag queen dressed like a Christmas package and asked. What is going on?
The person he asked was Margaurite and she told him the story of Santa Con and that we were down from the Hot Damn Trailer Park in Beaver Pond Vt. He told us that they were from Burlington, Vt. and they walked with us for a while. You will have to agree that this is a small world and you never know who you might run into or who will remember you.
I also recieved an email from someone with pictures from the Edge - a publication in P'town with pictures from Carnival 2008. And, yes I am among those pictures. Got to love that David and his Wicked Gay Blog.
